Pitchin is a tool that lets organizers of recreational games collect payments from players. By using Pitchin you agree to these terms.

What Pitchin does, and doesn't do

Pitchin handles sign-ups, payments, waitlists and refunds. Pitchin does not organize, run, supervise or insure any game. Each game is run by its organizer, who is responsible for the venue, the game itself and anything that happens there. You take part in physical activity at your own risk.

Organizers

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information to Stripe, our payment processor. Payouts are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
• You agree to run the games you post, as described. If you cancel, every player is refunded in full automatically.
• You're responsible for any taxes on the money you receive.
• Pitchin is free for organizers. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or for anything other than recreational games.

Players

• The price shown includes a $2 Pitchin service fee per spot.
• Refunds follow the rules on our payments and refunds page. Those rules are part of these terms.
• Disputes about the game itself, like the venue, conduct or quality, are between you and the organizer.

Liability

Pitchin is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Pitchin's total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid Pitchin in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and the new terms apply from then on.
