What we collect

• Name and email, from organizers and players.
• Game details that organizers enter.
• Payment details, collected and stored by Stripe, not by Pitchin. We only see things like the last four digits and the payment status.

How we use it

• To run your game: take payments, manage the waitlist and send refunds.
• To email you about your game and send occasional Pitchin news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

• Organizers see the names of the players in their games. On public game pages, players appear as first name and last initial.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), ActiveCampaign (email) and Vercel (hosting). They only use your data to provide their service to us.
• We don't sell your data.

Your choices

To have your data deleted or exported, email hello@playpitchin.com. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
